Fail to install Cron Plugin - "Could not find XML" 12 years 11 months ago #13568

Hi,

I just bought RSTickets!Pro and then Cron Plugin.
I installed RSTickets!Pro into my system successfully, and I tried to install Cron Plugin.zip but it gives me an error:
"Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package."

I tried installing other components and it works so I think the problem is not with my system.

Can you kindly help?

Hello,

Please make sure that you have write permissions set for the folder plugins>system and also please try disabling FTP from Global Configuration > Server in case you have the setting enabled.

Let me know.
