TOPIC: departments only for certain customers

Hello. It often happens that many departments in companies that have only some customers are allowed to receive assistance from some of these. The reasons could be many, perhaps for contractual reasons. However it would be very useful if the administrator within rs Ticketpro, could enable individual departments to which they can open a ticket within each user group. Finally it would be useful to set a default choice, if they are not authorized departments for that group.
