Hello,

Looking at my ticket submission page I realise there is are no modules to the left or right. How can I add?

Also how can I edit the text that comes before the form. Can't figure out how to do this any more.

You can simply assign some modules to the RSTickets!Pro menu item that you are using to access tickets.
