Hello,

All tickets only appear to be going to one member of staff. Tickets are set to auto assign which is how i want it but they are not being assigned in a fair manner.

There are three members of staff assigned to deal with tickets. The tickets are assigned automatically, and I think I read somewhere that the system will check who has the least workload (jobs) and assign it to them. One of the users was added a while after the others and my fear is that he will be assigned tickets until he is brought to par with the others. Is this how the system works?
