Hi.. Could we have the email folder option in the email cron plugin. Like in billets help desk they allow us to choose if we need to get emails from INBOX or any other folder.

This feature is especially useful if one gets a lot of emails and only few qualify to become a ticket.

Could we do this in the present rstickets pro..??

Unfortunately there isn't such an option available for RSTickets!Pro, but this has been listed on our TO DO list and will probably be implemented in future revisions.
