Hi!

I might have missed it in the documentation.

Is it possible to see the tickets without not logging to into the Joomla site? Or could you receive a log in to the site after you have submitted a ticket via the email?

I'm running an intranet site and not many have Joomla log ins, that is why I'm asking.

Hello,

RSTickets!Pro does not allow ticket access without an account. If you publish the submit ticket form to a public area, RSTickets!Pro will automatically create an account based on the provided email address.
