TOPIC: Submit Button does not work

Submit Button does not work 13 years 2 months ago #12764

Hello


I have installed RSTicket Pro, but when a user fills a ticket and he clicks on the "Submit" button, the page reloads on itself, with the content of the fields kept, not cleared.
I have tried to avoid multiple cause of bug. I disabled Captcha, set the email to Joomla Global Configuration.
The license code is entered.
