Hi,

Something has gone wrong with my joomla site and I cannot now see it from the front end, but now I either spend time trying to work it out, or probably quicker to create a new install (since there were serious speed issues anyway).

However, we have a lot of old ticket history and open tickets on the site, is there a way I can
    move these
to a new installation?

Hello,

You can simply create backup of the RSTickets!Pro tables and restore them on your new installation. You can perform this operation directly from your phpMyAdmin panel.
