Hi

I see from this thread in the non-Pro version that you can edit the number of digits in the ticket number from with the admin interface [www.rsjoomla.com/customer-support/forum/...t-format-change.html]

How come we can't do something like that in Pro?
(I know there is a source code change detailed in the FAQ, but don't want to make changes that will get overwritten on upgrade).

Another thing struck me was the tabbed structure you get in non-Pro isn't a part of Pro. This doesn't really bother me, but I think a lot of people would think that Pro would act like non-Pro but have extra features - not different features!

... in order to change the ticket code format, you need source code adjustments for both components (RSTickets! and RSTickets!Pro)
