Hi
For the situation in which I am using RS Tickets!Pro, I may need to assign a (complex)task to more than one member of staff or department. Is this possible?

Hello,

You can assign a single staff member to a ticket, but you can allow others to reply to that ticket. This can be configured from the Staff member groups area.
