If you search the knowledge base while replying, add a topic then realise you selected the wrong info, if you try to enter a new hint word to search another topic the system locks up. You must click UPDATE and start again. IS there a way to resolve that?:blink:

I have just tested this and it seems to be working out fine. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of RSTickets!Pro (revision 5).
