hi there
rsjoomla you just might saved my day

i been looking for a an exact match just for another usage
just 1 very important thing


can the initial form elements be adjusted ?
i need diff combination of info thet the user has to fill out

Hello,

Are you by any chance referring to Custom Fields? If it is so then you can set them in RSTickets! Pro depending on the departments that you have set in the component. You can easily see this feature in RSTickets! Pro > Departments and click on the Custom Fields icon corresponding to a department from RSTickets! Pro. You can test this on our demo site:
