RSTicket Cron Email Plugin doesn't transfer mails 13 years 5 months ago #11908

Please Help,
I'm using RSTicket Pro. My problem: The RSTicket Cron Email Plugin doesn't transfer incoming mails, that are listed in the parser log, into the ticket list under manage tickets.

How can i solve this problem?

Now i have noticed that the ticket are listed in the joomla database, but in the ticket list under "manage tickets".

Please help.

Please make sure that the display filter that you are using is including the department of cron tickets.
