I get the following error when Re-Captcha is configured and I try to submit a ticket from the back end...

fatal error: Class 'JReCAPTCHA' not found in /public_html/components/com_rsticketspro/views/submit/view.html.php on line 50

Just so I can something worthwhile to this comment, the external ReCaptcha on the front end works like a charm!

Hello,

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of RSTickets!Pro (revision 5). Prior to making any changes, make sure that you have writable permissions set on the following folders:

- administrator/components
- /components
- plugins
- /media
- your Joomla tmp folder.

After permissions have been adjusted (if required) run the installation file again, over your current one. This will act as an update.
