Hello,

Is it possible to create custom fields on the form in order that we can collect additional information that is important to us?

Is it also possible to integrate the mailchimp plugin to the submit form so customers can sign up to receive emails?

Hello,

You can create custom fields for your departments by going to RSTickets! Pro > Departments and click on the Custom Fields icon for the department that you wish to add Custom Fields to.

We do not yet have an integration for RSTickets! Pro and Mailchimp. However you can customize the source code of RSTickets! Pro in order to create the integration.
