The "Text Area" custom field from a department, when submitting or viewing a ticket, appears minimized, in much smaller boxes than it should be. Did anyone come across this problem yet? Thank you!

Hello,

Please try setting the attributes from the Additional Attributes section of the custom fields when creating them in the back-end. There you can try setting something like this for the Text Area:

cols="50" rows="10"

As for the text box you can try setting something like this:

style="height:100px;"

in order to set the height of the field.

Is there a list of accepted attributes?
