It is possible to change the names of the field labels for the submit ticket form?

For example, when creating a new ticket from the front end, the first field is titled "The Customer's Email". How would I go about changing this?

Yes this can easily be done by editing the RSTickets!Pro language files: languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_rsticketspro.ini
