Hello -

Whether logged in as a registered user or admin user on the front end, RSTickets Pro does not load the default editor when clicking "Reply" on a ticket.

My default editor is JCE

SH404 is disabled (skip) for the RSTicketsPro component
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

sh404SEF has nothing to do with this. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of RSTickets!Pro revision 3.

You should also check for JCE too. Please also make sure that its plugin is enabled.

PS: You could try enabling the default editor (TinyMCE) and see how things go.
