TOPIC: no delete column in manage tickets backend

In the manage tickets backend there is no column that allows me to delete a ticket. Is there a configuration item that disables ticket deletion? What do you think is happening? Thanks.

Hello,

Please try going to Components > RSTickets!Pro > Manage tickets and click the "Delete" button for your desired ticket (listed under the "Delete" column head). You can also delete more than one ticket at a time by selecting your tickets, set "Delete Selected" for the "Delete ticket" dropdown and then click "Update".
