Running Joomla 2.5.9 and RS Comments 1.0.0 for Joomla 2.5/3.0

Currently the number of comments appears before the Article - Continue Reading.

Is it possible to have the number of comments appear after the Article - Continue Reading?

If so, how do I achieve this?
