Can the rscomments form be collapsed by default? I would prefer them to only open for those that wish to add a comment or those that wish to read the comments.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

never mind, i found the answer in another post. It just didn't show up when I searched prior to posting this question. They asked a different way than I searched.
