Hi all,

when moving site to other server i can't set the downloadpath anymore but the folder exists in the new server and also all documents how can i solve this?

did you figure this out, I have exactly the same issue, and seems they ignore anyone using their forum, begs the question whats the point of having a forum in the first place.

Onto your issue. You'll need to ensure that you select the radio input before saving so that RSFiles! knows which actual folder to set. If you navigate to backend > Components > RSFiles! > Settings > Files > click the "Set download folder" button > select your desired main download folder by clicking the radio group next to it (and not by clicking the folder name; this will only open the folder). Afterwards click the top Save button and check this once more.

If this wasn't the case, submit a customer support ticket so we can investigate this for you.
