TOPIC: Are national characters supported in filenames

Running on IIS, mysql UTF-8 colation. Will this give me any trouble with filenames and catagory names?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

I would not expect any problems.
I never used it this way, but UTF-8 is the most used encoding so i think RSJoomla! extensions and Joomla! would not have any problems with this
