By error my users get to a subfolder level to upload files but if they need to delete a file they selecte this option and delete all the folder???

I bealive that a better approach is to have a check button to select the files that the user need to delete and also he will not be aviable to delete folders with files inside (he first need to delete the content of the folder)

With this ideas the information could be more secure and avoid problems.

Unfortunately in the current version of RSFiles! you cannot select multiple files or folders and delete them. However you can consider posting this in the feedback forum for RSFiles! : http://www.rsjoomla.com/feedback/single-category/10-rsfiles.html so the other users can vote for this feature to be added in future revisions.
