One of the few things I did like about several of the other Download/File components was the ability to select and change current files for downloads.

Here is an example of what I think would help us out as well as several other people for file version that do not want to have a multitude of file versions in their download section on the front end (or have to create new entries).

This would
1) Speed up development for those that often update files
2) Help keep the entries in the back end a bit more organized and cleaner/easier in managing the file entries

Example:
  1. Document01_vs1.1
  2. Document has been updated, so upload new file
  3. Go to RS Files > Files> Edit Document01_vs1.1
  4. Select from a dropdown menu, to change the file > Select Document01_vs1.2

This way the original files can stay on the server, but will not be accessible for download- However no additional entries must be made for the new version.

Is this, could this be possible?

Peace,
Sarrene'
