It seems maintenance mode enables both uploading and file deletion. Could these be separate permissions?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I concur with this request as well. It would help keep things more secure, especially for those of us that would like to have a public section for uploads and downloads.

(For us, we will have a public Player Custom GUI (User interface) section. It would be nice to allow users that create their own to be able to upload, but not delete. I would rather leave ALL Deletions to the moderators and not the users themselves.
