Hello,

is it possible that the user who allowed to download and see the files get automatically a mail when i publish a new file to download?

Like: "Hello, we add a new file for you.You can download it here."

Unfortunately no, RSFiles! does not incorporate such a feature but it does offer a "latest files" module. You can read more on it here:

Thanks for the fast response.

Any work around?

I need actually only present PDF for selected users and update them incl. some info like Name, Date, Company.
And then a notification system for the users when ever i add or update a PDF.
