Hello,
I need some help designing my email form when link via email is selected. I need some additional fields like name and companyname, and also that this data is send in emails to admin and user. Is this possibele?

This can be achieved, but you will need to perform some component source code modifications. This is not recommended since all source code changes are lost when an update is performed.

Could you please tell me what code modification should be done.
I know updates can override modifications, I allways backup files and then put the code back to place should be.
