TOPIC: non member error message

When a user that has not purchased a membership and tries to access content for entitled members the browser just seems to hang for ages and then (after about 5-10 minutes) it comes up with a message in the middle of the site saying that 'you must have an active subscription').

I think that this will just confuse non members especially as the way my site is setup they cannot see the message when it is generated.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a way to create a popup message that is more meaningfull?

Hello,

Indeed... RSMembership displays a message if the user does not have a active membership but this should not take that long. You should contact your hosting provider regarding this matter.
