Hi I got this error code when I try to register new subscribers in RSMembership:

Deprecated: Function utf8_decode() is deprecated in C:\wamp64\www\shk-j4-local\administrator\components\com_rsmembership\helpers\rsmembership.php on line 1218

Is there an update upcoming?

My config:
php 8.2.10
RSMembership! 2.0.23
The administrator has disabled public write access.
