We need to create a report that provides all of our subscription (member) detail however the data we need exists in 3 different RS Membership tables. We can export full csv files from Subscribers and Subscriptions, then merge the tables, but there is no way to collect data from our custom fields.

Does anyone have a sql query with the off-the-shelf fields all together? We could plug in our custom fields once we see how it is formatted.

Thanks!

There are two types of custom fields in RSMembership!. This is important as only of them can be exported to CSV via RSMembership! interface.

As i was saying - two types of custom fields:

1. subscription custom fields. These would be displayed within the subscription form for each membership

2. membership custom fields. These fields would be display only when a particular membership is displayed.

Only the first type of custom fields can be included in a CSV export via the RSMembership! export tool. Head over to Components > RSMembership! > Custom fields and have the "Show in Subscribers area" column enabled for each field that you would like to be included within the export.

Once you've done this, head over to Components > RSMembership! > Subscribers and export.

Dear Alex,

The data we need is in 3 different tables. We can export full csv files (as I did today) from Subscribers and Subscriptions, then merge the tables but if it were built in as a subscriber export, it would be a very useful thing to have.

I have a few questions about this.

1. Is it not possible to get both the memberships and subscribers in one export?
2. If so when can we expect this feature to be added? It seems this is fairly critical for most membership websites.
3. Why does it take so long to export? Can this be made quicker?

thanks in advance
