Is it possible to create an action for a new subscription where information of the subscriber is used to specific things? E.g. call an URL with extra information in the parameters: "blabla.html?user=jan".

Another option would be using the Custom PHP Code with a subscription. But can I access the custom fields added to a subscriber?

Fixed it by trial and error in the custom PHP code.
