Hi!

My client wants the subscribers to be added to a mailing list through AcyMailing if a checkbox is checked during registration via a custom field we created.

How would I set that up; would it be using standard SQL statements?

Also, if you could offer an example of said SQL statement it would be appreciated.

Working with Acymailing People
I was able to do this, not in register form but another.
However I belive the same usage will work for you have a look:
ACY mailing forms
