Can I use one RSMembership license on a development and a production site? Of do I have to buy a multiple site license for that?

Thanks, I missed that one. And it pops up another question too about single-site and multi-site: is a single website with aliases considered a multi-site? I have a website with a main URL and two other URLs as alias pointing to the same site?
