Hello
We are looking at using RSMembership or Akeeba Sub for a support site.
But I have a few questions.
  • We need a grace period between payment and activation of parts of the service. it should only occur on new subs, and not renewals. The user should get access to our knowledgebase right away, but not tickets. Is this possible with this component today?
  • We will need to add some more payment solutions, like Dibs and Klarna. is there any documentation for this?
  • Are there any developer documentation on extending the functionality of the component? We will need to add some integration with new external systems.
