TOPIC: No ability to add extras at renewal

No ability to add extras at renewal 12 years 4 months ago #15613

I have an extra published under my membership. The first time someone purchases the membership the extra may be chosen and it adds the cost to the membership price. At renewal though, the extra does not show up as an option to be included. Any ideas on why I can not get extra to be included in the renewal price?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
