Hi

Before I purchase this plugin I need to know if this plugin is capable of limiting how many pictures a user uploads to their account and profile gallery based on their membership level (for example level 2 members can only upload 2 photos to their profile etc). At the same time though each user should be able to swap their picturs out if they want to (for example level 2 members are only allowed 2 image uploads but they could swap their images out provided the client doesn't go over 2 images in his/her gallery).

Can this plugin do this? If not can anyone recommend anything similar that would fulfill my requirements?

Unfortunately no, RSMembership! can't restrict the number of uploads. It can only provide a time based restriction to your site resources or content.
