TOPIC: welcome mail

welcome mail 13 years 1 month ago #12878

I`ve checked the subscriber email settings ( the expiration notification mail works ok) but the welcome mail I`ve created is not sent out. The new subscriber just receives their new login details

Any ideas?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

Some emails might actually be blocked by spam filters. The same sending functions are used when sending all RSMembership! emails (Joomla sendMail() function).
