TOPIC: [SOLVED] User information is not being saved

[SOLVED] User information is not being saved 13 years 9 months ago #10924

Hi all,
Is anyone else having the problem of the user details (e.g. address, city, state, zip, county etc..) not being saved? I enter the information, and it shows the information o nthe next page, but returning to it using the "show subscriber account" always brings up blanks for all fields!
Any pointers greatfully received.

Hello,

Please try going to Components > RSMembership! > Custom fields, editing your first custom field, checking the field settings then clicking the "Save" button. You will have to repeat this process for all your custom field. After you have done this you should not encounter any problems with data storage.
Please note: my help is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a ticket by clicking here
