I use Artisteer af a template generator to alot of my sites. I've been told that because it use frames in the the templates it can't been uptimized wit seo. Is this correct? And can I get anything out of RSSeo anyway?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Using frames will not affect the functionality of RSSeo! - it will still allow to manage the SEO data for every page of your site.
