TOPIC: rsseo error installing

I dont know where to post help for free component like RSSEO i have this problem when installing at the backend the file rsseo_15_dl.zip this is the error
-1 - An error has occurred.

It was not possible to copy the selected file.

i dont know what causing it but it seems its the only component i have encountered problem with.

any help would be appreciated.

i am using joomla 1.5.13
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

Please make sure the following folder permissions are correctly set: 755 for /components, 755 for administrator/components, 777 for /media and 777 for the joomla tmp folder.
