I have installed RSSeo which requires some loopback from my host, however my host does not allow this,

i'm told however i can achieve the same using a proxy server.

but im confused, i need the following settings from a proxy server

Proxy server, Proxy port, Username, Password

but i cannot seem to find a proxy server that allows me to register an account or provide these settings.
