I have sh404sef installed before I installed RSSEO, I had keywords and descriptions in some of the links already in sh404sef. If I want to use RSSEO for this will i have to go through and delete them from sh404sef or will RSSEO take over and ignore them?

Hello,

It is best to remove the given meta data saved in sh404SEF(or simply copy it in the respective page from RSSEO!) as the meta data saved in sh404SEF(or in other components that permit you set meta data for your pages) may overwrite the data set in RSSEO!.
