Sitemap is rejected due to no "www" prefix 12 years 11 months ago #13640

I don't understand what I am doing wrong every time I create a sitemap it is rejected by google webmaster tools because it has no prefix, this does not happen on any other sites we have and I have no idea whats going on, can anyone help
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

Please try downloading RSSEO! again from our site and install it over your current installation of the component. After this try emptying the sitemap.xml and ror.xml files and generate the sitemap again.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
