TOPIC: Account problems

So I bought my license for RSMail this afternoon, immediately received an onslaught of confirmation, receipt, and invoice emails, and here it is four hours later with no download or license number. I've posted a Ticket but it hasn't even been assigned.

I seem to recall the same queasy feeling I have now when I bought RSEvents and RSsomething else I don't remember and can't use.

But, in case there is someone who can do something that might on the off-chance see this and be sort of motivated to help out, there's still a chance I could be a practically satisfied customer.

Oh, and one other thing. I've tried the last 6 times I've logged in to change my email address and your system won't accept the change.

Yes, I have a license number but the product is not available in my Download area- only an RSForms license.

This may be connected to the problem of being unable to change my contact information.
