Hi guys,

I have viewed your demo and docs but have not found the solution.

Looking at buying this product but have a couple questions before i do.

The lists have custom fields. Are these added in the frontend, so a customer can fill the fields out when signing up? If so, then is this done in the RSMail module?

Also, when sending an email, can i filter who i send it to based on the fields? For example, i have the field 'gender' with the options 'male' and 'female'. Can i send emails to just the 'male'?

I appreciate your time.

Hello,

The custom fields are added to your subscribers lists in the backend, by going to Components > RSMail! > Lists > select your list > Field name. Just type in the name of the new field and click add.

You can achieve this by creating two lists with the same fields, one male (with name, address, phone number ) and one female(with name, address, phone number ). When you use the subscribe module you can choose which list to subscribe to, so if you are male you choose the male list, if you are female you choose female. You can read more about this module here :

www.rsjoomla.com/customer-support/docume...ubscribe-module.html

When you send your email you get to choose to which list(s) you send the email to.
