Hello

On my site we use RSMAIL and it works great with the Cron job and all functions. However the one thing that is not working is if the user unsubscribes at the bottom of the email footer, their account is moved into an Unsubscribe phase -- which is fine. HOWEVER the issue comes from the user being now an UNSUBSCRIBER and they continue to receive the Autoresponder they are attached to (Even after unsubscribing)..

1. how to fix this?
2. why is this happening?

The user can be subscribed to multiple lists. If he subscribed from a particular list, it does not imply that it will be unsubscribed from all others.
