TOPIC: CSV Not Importing Correctly

I'm having problems trying to import a list of email addresses from a CSV file, file contains the following fields; email, first name, last name (only 3 columns). But when I try to import the CSV file it show's the example import (where you select each column) as one line/row.

I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong, but I'm saving the file as a CSV from excel.

Anyone have any idea's?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
