While this appears to be a product that will fill a client's needs, there are still a few pieces of the puzzle that I have not been able to put together yet:

1) Either through importing a CSV or in the list itself, are there custom fields that can be used in an email?
2) Can the system auto-generate an email distribution to a list on a periodic basis, such as once-per month?

The model I am working with is a non-profit ( www.mercy's mission.org ) that needs to send reminder notices for donations/sponsorships monthly, including a PayPal link in the email to make paying easy and quick. Recurring payments from their payment gateway is not feasible due to the cost of the low volume of receipts, so we are looking for a lower cost solution.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
