I had a flow of email messages and the mysql server crashed due to too many connections. i rebooted the server but apparently my server ports are blocked by the rsfirewall. i cannot access my server from any port. i am in total chaos and noone responded to my support ticket for the last two days. if someone is moderating this forum. i hope someone will give me an answer on how to disable rsfirewall via ssh or any other port that it left open for me.

There must be something else that is blocking your server ports due to the simple fact that RSfirewall was not designed to block any ports or something similar.
